These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement governing the use of the abc8w platform ("Platform") between you ("User") and abc8w. By accessing or using this platform, you are considered to have accepted all of the following terms and conditions.

abc8w is an online betting and casino platform offering cricket betting, sports betting, slot games, live casino, and various other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. This platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for adults.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform. If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact our support team.

The following eligibility conditions must be met to open and use an account on the abc8w platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Only those aged 21 or above may use this platform.
2. You must be a resident of a region where online betting is legal or not prohibited.
3. All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
4. An individual may only operate a single account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
5. Any employee, partner, or dependent of abc8w for whom the matter is not applicable may not open an account.

abc8w may request identity documents or other proof for age verification at any time. Failure to verify may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on the abc8w platform, you must provide accurate personal information. The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Any unauthorised access must be reported to abc8w immediately. The user will be held responsible for any misuse of the account unless it can be proven that there was negligence on the part of abc8w.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

abc8w reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false information or committing identity fraud
• Operating multiple accounts
• Committing a serious breach of these terms
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to verify age or provide required documents

3.1 Deposit

Funds can currently be deposited on the abc8w platform via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

Please provide the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit. abc8w will not be responsible for delayed or failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests will only be approved via the same payment method used for the deposit.

Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. abc8w reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request for additional verification.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation

Once a withdrawal has been approved, it cannot be cancelled. If a technical error occurs with a deposit, please contact the abc8w support team.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at abc8w receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. You must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing (calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for betting or gaming on the abc8w platform.
• A bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• abc8w reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer.
• If fraud is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the associated account may be closed.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the abc8w platform are made at the user's own discretion and voluntarily. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless abc8w determines that the bet was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.

5.2 Results Determination

Event results are determined by verification from official sources. In the case of any disputed result, abc8w's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Using another user's account

5.4 Technical Errors

abc8w reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of odds or outcomes displayed incorrectly due to software or hardware errors. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

The abc8w VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher tier depends on your regular activity on the platform. abc8w reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. Cashback terms and withdrawal rules apply.

7.1 Data Protection

• Reverse engineering the platform's software
• Automatically scraping data from the platform
• Running misleading advertisements using abc8w's name or brand

The abc8w platform is provided on an "as is" basis. abc8w accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disruption, server downtime, or technical issues
• Delays caused by the failure of third-party payment services
• Loss caused by issues with a user's device or software
• Service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abc8w will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

10.1 Changes to Terms

abc8w reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. abc8w will endeavour to notify users of significant changes.

10.2 Termination of Agreement

Users may request account closure at any time through the support team. Pending bets must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus balances will not be withdrawable.

10.3 Applicable Law

The relevant applicable law will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of these terms. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation where possible.
